I started at 7dots as a junior web developer, I was given all the tools and mentorship required to grow within my role. I had been given training for any technology that I had not been familiar with (React & React Native). Senior developers had always been more than happy to point me in the right direction whenever I had felt lost within a project. Management had always been very caring, attentive and understanding, I was able to approach them with any issues I may have had.
7dots have a large variety of clients which had exposed me to a range of sectors. They had given me a platform to test out new ideas and have always made sure that my voice had been heard.
7dots are a very warm and inviting company who always look out for their employees, I have always felt like a part of the 7dots family. There is a great work/life balance and all staff look out for their colleague's personal wellbeing. 7dots have regular work outings to promote unwinding and provide an awesome Christmas trip away.

To conclude, 7dots really is a great company to work for. I worked with some really cool clients and was able to explore the creative side of web development within the agency. The pay was good and there is a pay review annually. 7dots had increased my confidence as a developer and gave me opportunities to use the newest technologies.
