Pros
Working from home somewhat flexible
Cons
In the beginning the job was great, the best was working from home. However after 2 years a new CEO came on board Brad Winstead. There was no meeting just a email stating all Bonuses would come to an end. Many including myself depended on monthly bonuses in order to pay bills. Some were making an extra 1000 to 1500 a month in extra income. People grow dependent on the income, buy a new car, buy a house, pay bills. There are employees who do not even know how they are going to pay their heating bill this winter. There was no introduction from the new ceo Brad Winstead. A meeting was promised but it never took place. You cannot just take 12000 dollars away from someone and say opps to bad, here is a tissue. People are struggling to make ends meet while I am sure Mr Brad Winstead did not take a pay cut or lose any bonuses. The bad , all bonuses were cut before the holidays.
