An absolutely lovely place to work: casual and friendly work environment, important mission, exciting events always going on. The intern program is robust and provides lots of career development help. I got a chance to take on a lot of responsibility.

Internships are unpaid because it's a nonprofit that doesn't have the budget. I'd go back and work there in a second if there was a paid position open.
