      Great company to work for ... flexible schedule, great co-workers, overall great company to be a part of !!!

      Cons

      Some of the stores are not heated & cooled so it can create a problem for some walk-in business.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
