Pros
I worked for 84 throughout college as a yard associate and then Manager Trainee. The management that I worked for was probably the best team ever put together. They allowed me to work through my school schedule and after graduation offered me a full time position and within 5 months was promoted to management. Great people to work with. Compensation that is based on the effort and knowledge put forth.
Cons
Long hours required by almost all associates. Hourly rate is low but bonus compensation makes it worth it.
