      Pros

      Ability to work independent with a flexible schedule. Training support on the newest products available. Great staff of people to work with.

      Cons

      Some days are long and extremely fast paced. Some process take to long to get approval but overall not a bad palce.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
