      Pros

      Good people usually a little rough around the edges, if your into that. Younger managers helping to make it not so harsh of an environment. Fun times and good work.

      Cons

      old school mentality. My way or the highway from the older managers. Area managers are unreasonable. But it all comes from up top. The ridiculous goals for AM's and stores puts so much stress on employees.

      Pros

      Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

      Cons

      Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
