Pros

Good opportunity for young/inexperienced applicants. Good ability to learn multiple areas of the industry through extensive "hands-on" work. Flexible scheduling.

Cons

Must conform to "84 way." There is little tolerance for "outside the box" thinking. Management will take credit for all positives but find a "fall guy" for any negative performance. False promises for promotion. Longevity/commitment to the company not appreciated or rewarded. Pay is good if you don't look elsewhere. Commission/bonus structure is geared for a strong housing market ONLY. Pay structure will change based on the company's interest without any input from or concern for the employee(s) affected. "Family" atmosphere looks believable until you get involved. If you are a family minded employee then you will likely get ridiculed and eventually tossed out by the "Animal House" style fraternity that is upper management. "Skeleton crews" make it difficult if you get a poor/lazy manager.

Pros

Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

Cons

Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

Cons

You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
