Pros

They send all new employees to lumber camp in Pittsburgh for training. Fair pay. Quick advancements and promotions up the ladder if your willing to put in the work and are open to relocating. Work is exciting and changes pace. Really breaks up monotony of every day work life

Cons

Long hours minimum 46 hours a week. In store training could be better. Your expected to learn fast aand only be told how to complete a task once. Your expected to take time on your off days to become more efficient in product knowledge. High in manual labor be ready to sweat.
