Definitely people are inclined to stay here for the people and the community. Everyone is so kind and caring for one another, and work life balance is great

An org with a really well run internal culture that is diverse and supportive. Super impactful mission and a great community of educators.
Cons
Sometimes they might be too flexible and nice with employees.
Many service side roles are hard, but teaching isn't for everyone. Education certainly will keep you on your toes, especially working in low income schools.
