But there are a lot of people that need to be fired and management needs to step up. This proposition is falling through the fingers and they bury their heads in the sand.

Political as People responsible for crafting the products are not skilled and ignorant No action to fix team problems Tribal behaviour of specific teams who are riding the company for every penny Nothing new in 2 years People in management too scared to wholeheartedly make changes Agile and scrum is an excuse for no documentation, vision or understanding Process is fine when people know what they're supposed to be doing No real data team - inexcusable in a data company Java is not the future of 9 Spokes and yet a ton of Java developers twiddling thumbs No sign of any new money coming in and burning through it like firelighters
