Pros

Work- 1. If you believe that no work is 'big or small', you would be a perfect fit. 2. Interesting startups to meet and be at the centre of activity in the startup ecosystem Pay & Perks- 1. Decent salary packages 2. Monthly dinners with the team- 1000 bucks per person...sweet deal! Culture- NA

Cons

What's broken- Work- 1. You could be asked to work on festivals if need be. They are shut on just 3 national holidays in India. 2. The concept of Hub (on ground team that manages the office) vs Central (apparently providing support to Hub team) is very conflicting. No clear boundaries are set. Pay & perks- 1. No variable pay (bonus) for Central Team 2. No justification of less bonus pay for Hub Team 3. Negotiate your CTC while joining. Incredibly low compensation revision. Culture- 1. Among the lot employed by the company, a few highly ambitious people cause excessive politics. A very high employee attrition rate. Most of employees who left, cited politics, mediocre work and no learning opportunities as the reasons. 2. Arrogance at its best. Starts from one of the founders to bottom of the hierarchy

Pros

Amazing avenue and a job profile to meet new people Leave policy is amazing Immediate management is super easy to work with and open to learning and helpful Leading Market Holder in the flex space

Cons

No Facetime with HR or Senior Management even once in almost 2 years. Standard company wide appraisal without any performance review, justification or logic. No Direction for employees and their future growth path. Absolutely zero performance based appreciation or even criticism for that matter. It has become a very simple culture of whoever is a put your head down and work kind of a person will be comfortable here. Anyone who wants to grow out of the traditional path laid, will not be entertained in the slightest. They have absolutely no care for talent, employee culture & retention of employees. Instead of your performance, they will go by the books and look at how many months have you spent in the organisation.
