Pros

Amazing people, very welcoming, helpful and honest! Strong culture and processes and events to keep it like that. Nice perks. Super kind and humble founders. Personal growth guaranteed, a lot of responsibility and freedom from the first day. Interns are equal to any other employee, have the same responsibilities, accountabilities and ways to contribute. My learnings were immense and way above any expectations. So if you search for a challenge, here's your place to be.

Cons

As an intern you will get a lot of responsibility, which you have to deal with. The environment is supportive, but you have to ask.

Pros

Homeoffice and parties, most of the people are super cool and smart.

Cons

Bad management with lack of structure and knowledge of what a good leader should be. Ego shooters rather than people actually willing to do something for the company, even if the communication and company values are completely the opposite. The whole company went to South Africa to work remotely but then all of a sudden there was no money to pay the salaries and 14 people got fired. Some were not in their probation time and were fired while on holidays. Then a month later people were hired again for the very same positions.
