Pros

Artsy campus. Very safe office location. Small enough that every employee will know what each project's goal is, but large enough to handle quality clientele. No glass ceiling stigma or prejudice.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for growth. Very high turnover rate. Wages are not aggressive enough to attract real creative talent or grow the company. Very strange office interplay. It seems like the firm is "Bi-Coastal" so that the owners can write off their travel to wine country with friends that are also co-workers. Ownership can't/won't see that *most* (not all) of upper and middle management has either no stake or micro-manages exhaustively.

Pros

Small business feel, personable management and very friendly. Can easily talk to the owner, bosses and managers - they aren't impossible to get ahold of or communicate with. Good full service marketing agency.

Cons

Work was slow at times limiting your time card to admin work. Company always pushes for billing client work, but if work is slow there isn't much to bill for.

Pros

I really can't think of anything to say here. This company is one of the reasons everyone is getting DOGE'd. Totally taking advantage of tax-payers.

Cons

The pay was ridiculously low. Contractors, go to govetribe.com or other sites and you can see how much contracting companies are paid for your services. In one contractor's case ABI was getting nearly $250,000/year. Guess what they paid them? $60,000....and they had to BEG for that.
