Beautiful office space and campus. Fantastic small company with a group of friendly, hardworking, and creative people. The wide range of both gov and commercial clients keeps day-to-day interesting and fresh.

Salary/compensation is low. Not necessarily a con but many of the employees at higher-level positions have been there for a long time making career advancement more difficult.

I really can't think of anything to say here. This company is one of the reasons everyone is getting DOGE'd. Totally taking advantage of tax-payers.

The pay was ridiculously low. Contractors, go to govetribe.com or other sites and you can see how much contracting companies are paid for your services. In one contractor's case ABI was getting nearly $250,000/year. Guess what they paid them? $60,000....and they had to BEG for that.
