Pros
It's an awesome engaging opportunity to work in a growing LTL business with a great culture. As long as you are flexible to move around the opportunities are endless. The people that you interact with are great members of a team and will try and set you up for success as long as you have an open mindset. The only thing that limits your growth is your performance, and you have full control of your operation, whether or not you succeed is on your shoulders. The owners of the company are awesome people and are engaged with the work force. Since working there I have met them multiple times and they are down to earth people. They care about their employees and they make sure that investment of funds don't go into their pocket but instead reinvest it into the company.
Cons
Hours can be long, and the shift work is not during normal business hours. Expect to work 10 hour days, and don't be surprised when they turn some days to 12 hours.
