The rank and file are awesome people to work with.
Cons
Where do I begin?? Someone else pointed out that they work part timers as close to full time hours as possible, that's a fact. Spineless upper management lie to you constantly. They'll tell you whatever they have to in order to keep you on as long as possible. They make promises that they have no intentions on keeping. I think it's a game to mistreat workers just to see how much they will take before they quit.
