Drivers do not work for this company cause you'll be treated like crap. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. - Custom Dedicated Driver A. Duie Pyle Employee Review

Pros

There are no pros. Worst company you could ever work for. Lots of favoritism. Custom Dedicated is a joke. Training -what training. Leadership-there is none. I totally agree with all the negative said about this company cause the truth is the truth plain and simple.

Cons

If the D.O.T. ever did an audit they would have a party with all the violations they'd find with logs, E-logs, equipment, inspection reports, maintenance, paperwork, etc. Supervisor works from home and just pushes paper and can never be found. Everything is your fault. If you break down-have a nice wait. New drivers are usually J.B. rejects. They want puppets not drivers so they deserve what they get. They also play with your pay and force you to use your sick and vacation time due to weather, there's no work, etc. Supervisor tries to get you to quit or get fired through write ups etc. In the future they will have the trucks but not the professional drivers to drive them. They'll try to get you to drive illegally or get fired- out of service equipment, etc. They don't follow their own guidelines/policies

Pros

- The HR team was incredibly supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with - Built many meaningful relationships and lifelong professional connections during my time with the company - Leadership and ownership demonstrate a strong commitment to employees and company culture - Pyle offers very competitive benefits and a solid 401(k) program - My decision to leave was solely due to relocating out of state for personal reasons, not because of the company itself

Cons

- The role can become somewhat repetitive and cyclical over time - The hiring process requires managing a high volume of moving pieces and constant information flow, demanding strong organization and attention to detail - Mondays can be especially long due to leading and facilitating New Hire Orientation sessions
