Pros

Good pay, chance to get a raise every quarter, laid back

Cons

Supervisors pick favorites, expect long night hours especially during busy seasons. Sometimes we don't get out of work until past 11 even though we were originally told around 10. Little to no chance of advancement. The company puts up biased "news" around the workplace

Pros

- The HR team was incredibly supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with - Built many meaningful relationships and lifelong professional connections during my time with the company - Leadership and ownership demonstrate a strong commitment to employees and company culture - Pyle offers very competitive benefits and a solid 401(k) program - My decision to leave was solely due to relocating out of state for personal reasons, not because of the company itself

Cons

- The role can become somewhat repetitive and cyclical over time - The hiring process requires managing a high volume of moving pieces and constant information flow, demanding strong organization and attention to detail - Mondays can be especially long due to leading and facilitating New Hire Orientation sessions
