I don’t recommend it - Customer Service Representative (CSR) A. Duie Pyle Employee Review

Pros

Weekly pay, decent pto, paid holidays. There are some very nice people who work here.

Cons

Robotic expectations. They treat you like a number while sending out emails about everything that needs to be done. Very little appreciation. They play games with raises. Will find ways to not give by stating you don’t have enough experience in a given area, meanwhile, while being hired, will state it’s very 6 months. They care more about the amount of calls you do (numerically) versus the quality of calls delivered and looking out for customer’s best interests. A poor system in gauging the performance of employees. High-school atmosphere, very cliquey. Special treatment if you fall within the clique, if you are outside of it, good luck. Parking is also a joke if you are a guy. Outside is reserved for women and people who are “chosen” by a lottery. Parking for men is off in narnia where you are walking a good distance at start and finish of every shift. They do not offer breaks, just a lunch. This was brought up and shrugged off like it means nothing.

Pros

- The HR team was incredibly supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with - Built many meaningful relationships and lifelong professional connections during my time with the company - Leadership and ownership demonstrate a strong commitment to employees and company culture - Pyle offers very competitive benefits and a solid 401(k) program - My decision to leave was solely due to relocating out of state for personal reasons, not because of the company itself

Cons

- The role can become somewhat repetitive and cyclical over time - The hiring process requires managing a high volume of moving pieces and constant information flow, demanding strong organization and attention to detail - Mondays can be especially long due to leading and facilitating New Hire Orientation sessions
