      Pros

      It's not every day you find a company with 4000+ employees that you don't feel like just another number. The company does a great job at making sure the people know the company is nothing without their people.

      Only in the North East, lots of hours

      Pros

      - The HR team was incredibly supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with - Built many meaningful relationships and lifelong professional connections during my time with the company - Leadership and ownership demonstrate a strong commitment to employees and company culture - Pyle offers very competitive benefits and a solid 401(k) program - My decision to leave was solely due to relocating out of state for personal reasons, not because of the company itself

      Cons

      - The role can become somewhat repetitive and cyclical over time - The hiring process requires managing a high volume of moving pieces and constant information flow, demanding strong organization and attention to detail - Mondays can be especially long due to leading and facilitating New Hire Orientation sessions
