      Relaxed environment and good bosses, low pressure. High salary for position. Good benefits, yearly raises, profit sharing

      Cons

      Should offer hybrid remote work considering the job is completely remote. Commission is only 5% until you make $120000 margin for the company, which you probably won’t do until a couple years under the company Not much work-life balance. Can be very stressful at time as you have to handle many issues that come up after hours. Hours are 8-5.

      Pros

      - The HR team was incredibly supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with - Built many meaningful relationships and lifelong professional connections during my time with the company - Leadership and ownership demonstrate a strong commitment to employees and company culture - Pyle offers very competitive benefits and a solid 401(k) program - My decision to leave was solely due to relocating out of state for personal reasons, not because of the company itself

      - The role can become somewhat repetitive and cyclical over time - The hiring process requires managing a high volume of moving pieces and constant information flow, demanding strong organization and attention to detail - Mondays can be especially long due to leading and facilitating New Hire Orientation sessions
