      Pros

      Good culture in general and treated fairly. Good comradery between employees and management. Employees understand that what is accomplished together carries the team further. "PYLE PEOPLE DELIVER"

      Cons

      Big picture lost with too heavy of focus on certain shippers. Doesn't feel like "home" or where I would like to retire any more. Long under appreciated hours worked and some loss of a team mentality from fellow supervisors.

      Pros

      - The HR team was incredibly supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with - Built many meaningful relationships and lifelong professional connections during my time with the company - Leadership and ownership demonstrate a strong commitment to employees and company culture - Pyle offers very competitive benefits and a solid 401(k) program - My decision to leave was solely due to relocating out of state for personal reasons, not because of the company itself

      Cons

      - The role can become somewhat repetitive and cyclical over time - The hiring process requires managing a high volume of moving pieces and constant information flow, demanding strong organization and attention to detail - Mondays can be especially long due to leading and facilitating New Hire Orientation sessions
