Pros

High salary means...... you sold yourself to the devil.

Cons

Hillarious people management. They will force you to "WORK FLEXIBLE" from wakeup till you die! Ofcourse they won't say sorry and use the "user oriented" words as a shield to humiliating you till you sick of it. What's your role? OH IT DOESN'T MATTER! Since you're here means should to be up to challenge and do extramiles, you should to do ANYTHING you could. No matter what role it is. you are an HR? you could be CS as well. you are a marketing? you could make a website as well. you are a creative? you could have a sales goals as well. you are an UI/UX? you could be anywhere and be everything as well. How about your Sanity? Have you ever heard about Stockholm syndrom? Most of employee in here has stockholm syndrom. Why? Because C level use gaslighting and flexing method to crack your mental health. But, this company product has a very great mission "TO HELPING PEOPLE" well...... in business terms, what I can say? Helping people but never do user research, once someone did, never be heard. Or, some will just appreciate a lot, but he is deaft.
