Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your expectations haven't lived up to the reality of your experience with A-Max. We value feedback from all of our employees, especially those that are still with A-Max and have been with the company for more than three years. Being a current employee enables you the opportunity to reach out to your manager or the HR team to share your concerns and we can together work on resolutions. By not allowing the company to work on fixing the issues, you have essentially closed the feedback loop. Also, we did ask our employees to provide reviews, but it was never communicated that it was required or to be positive or negative. We asked that the review be honest.
