- Admin staff are unethical, playing out their own insecurities and traumas on clients and therapists, and appears unwilling to learn or change - Constant advocacy for yourself and your clients in the face of unethical admin decisions becomes completely exhausting, and this is held against therapists as not being a team player/being non-compliant or difficult to work with - Admin uses textbook saviorism/veiled ableism - "we do so much good though" so issues are ignored - Admin culture of control leads to high therapist turnover, taking advantage of young therapists who have no expectation for pay, boundaries, or work life balance.
