      Pros

      Friendly work environment. Everyone loves working together as a team. We're always one phone call away if anything is ever needed.

      Cons

      There's no cons that I can think of because the route 93 Boston traffic. Sometimes it better to work right through the traffic and go home late but that means more pay.
