1. No fixed date for salary. You need to ask for your salary and most time you will hear from him I forget to make cheque (yes you read right cheque). 2. Good company for beginners. After a few months, the learning will stop. 3. No good team of professionals. 4. As a small company, they have too much restrictions. 5. Talking and laughing is a crime.
