      Pros

      Management is easy to reach out to for questions, and is more than willing to work with you in the scope of the contract. They are kind in sending gift cards for birthdays and Christmas.

      Cons

      PTO takes a long time to accrue, but if you put in the effort, the management is willing to work with your schedule. The benefits available are expensive due to needing a nationwide coverage.
