      Pros

      they are willing to give you time off when you need it, employees get along really well with each other and customers were always happy when leaving the store due to great customer service

      Cons

      i would sometimes have to work a double shift if there was no one to cover, i was constantly being watched as to what i was doing and whether or not it would be exactly as the manager had wanted, i would still get in trouble for it not being perfect

      Great environment, fast and hard working people will thrive. Minimal training is needed.

      Cons

      Can get very tiring throughout the day as it is manual labor intensive.

      Flexible work schedule and friendly environment

      Cons

      Pay sucks been there since they opened and still at 8.50 an hour Lack of communication between employees and management. the owner of the building doesn't want to have the A/C to drop below 72% at all especially when it's 82% outside and you work in the kitchen and it feels like 100%
