IP network engineer - IP Network Engineer A1 Employee Review

The people where great in my team, experts in their domain and very very good people. The atmosphere in the company is great, very informal in friendly. Technology is okay, and tools could be better. But i would say that it really depends from team to team.

HR sucks, they work the bare minimum. There is no people development, it takes them 2 weeks to prepare a offer for a new candidate, and they do not communicate well. Some of the managers are not managing people at all, they still do the operational stuff, and micro manage their subordinates. Some of the teams are really strangely structured, and they don't talk between each other.

Good for career development, good corporate culture, work life balance

Salary below average, no clear development plan, lost with strategy goal
