No cons, a genuinely great place to work!

The store managers are nice, decicated to their duties, and willing to spend time for my training. Very light workloads. Can easily make a time management for doing orders. All equipment needed is provided and maintained by the company.

The business owner has a lot of horrible critiques that make you feel like you are not valued and not worth working for him. Poor owner/management to employee relations, unrealistic expectations of employees (ex. he wanted to memorize price list contents quickly). The owner wanted me to work on 2 locations without any mileage reimbursement, always undertime and poor compensation.
