Pros

Working in the solar industry has been a fun way to spend my day working if you ignore the pay you are compensated with.

Cons

If you ever have an issue with the company, it is a worthless effort to contact HR. They rarely reply to your emails and never answer the phone (the voice mail is always full). Constant promises of improvement but it's just to bide time so they can run on their business is as usual model. They spend too much money flying upper management around from branch to branch when there is very little benefit that comes from the visit. Don't expect to get a competitive wage with this company, your first offer is going to be your only offer - unless you consider coupons from Restaurant.com to be an added perk to your employment. Never expect a wage increase to compliment the increase increase in living. Extra effort is rewarded with more responsibility but never with a raise. Never expect to be treated like a human being as an employee in this company. Do expect to be treated as an easily dismissed and replacable investment.

Pros

A lot of smart and good people have been through the doors of this company. But once they see the company's true colors they usually do the right thing and move on.

Cons

The energy is negative throughout the company. Employees are overworked, over stressed and underpaid. There are no health benefits for employees although the company is very successful. Instead they spend ridiculously high salaries on new executive members that are supposed to help squeeze an extra dollar in profit. Every few months there is someone new in charge who is supposed to take the company to the next level. In many cases these people don't even have basic computer skills, let alone common sense, yet employes are supposed to follow their direction without questioning. In order to move up in this company you have to be a fake person who will say whatever pleases the executives and does not care about the common well being of the employees. While employees are working hard and keep the revenues of the company rolling in, management has meetings in which they role play and play games. This is supposed to help them develop their leadership skills. As you can see by all the negative reviews it's clearly not working.
