      - Work from home - Flexible working hours - No micro management - Open source technologies - Sense of ownership - Friendly work culture

      - Zero or no communication for HR and admin processes - Total amount of hikes should be calculated based on performance and not seniority - Less parking space - Bonus is a significant part of salary and is not always awarded

      Thank you for comments. I have notified our Administrative Manager in India as well as their management. Together they will work to improve the communication on HR and administrative process.

      HR does a good job with recruiting and onboarding. The exec team seems invested in the company's success. The broader team is excited about the company's future. There is a good level of transparency and communication.

      Nothing to report, this is focused on initial impressions and onboarding.
