Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences at A2V. Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us to continually reflect and improve upon our practices. We're glad to hear that you appreciated the office environment, parking facilities, and the quality of our equipment. It's also encouraging to know that you found the work enjoyable and recognised the talent within our team. Regarding your comment on staff turnover, it's important to note that the changes in staffing were primarily driven by the shifting retail landscape during the COVID-19 pandemic, which you will have experienced during your time at A2V. In response to your concerns about long working hours, I want to assure you that A2V does not endorse or expect extended hours from our team. We have embraced a flexible working hours approach, and we are committed to ensuring that our team's workload is balanced and manageable. We value our team's dedication and are focused on supporting them in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We take your feedback on ethical practices and fair treatment in our HR processes very seriously. Since 2022, we have been working closely with an external HR partner, a local, female-led firm specialising in small to medium businesses. This partnership has provided us with robust expertise and guidance tailored to the dynamic challenges of our business. Their involvement has been instrumental in helping us to uphold our commitment to ethical practices and fair treatment across all our HR activities. Your insights into the need for continual improvement in leadership, training, and overall company culture are well-received. We are actively working on enhancing our leadership training and development programmes to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and empowered. Lastly, your suggestion regarding the importance of flexibility and trust within our teams aligns with our commitment to creating a supportive and engaging work environment. We understand the significance of these values and are dedicated to embedding them into the fabric of our company culture. We are grateful for your contributions to A2V and for providing us with the opportunity to learn and grow from your feedback. We wish you the very best in your future endeavours. Warm regards, Becks

Pros

• Majority of people are talented, hardworking and lovely to work with. • Flexi time

Cons

• Workloads are consistently very high, beyond what feels sustainable. Some people are regularly working 50+ hours just to keep up. • Expectations can be unclear or unrealistic given the volume of work • Lack of understating from senior management of the complexity of the work and what can realistically be achieved. • Performance management processes can feel inconsistent or poorly justified with limited support. • Culture can feel high-pressure, with limited consideration to mental health of staff. • There is a culture of favouritism lead by the CEO • Constant changing of priorities and people have job roles changed with little consultation.

Pros

Most people are lovely and hardworking and you unite in your teams under the pressure

Cons

Workload is intense and it isn't staffed to meet capacity. Perks aren't perks. Bonuses are promised but not paid. If your not in the in crowd, it can be pretty miserable. You get marked against if youre not prepared to work all the hours under the sun. Blame culture but behind your back not to your face. Impossibly high staff turnover
