      1. Salary is always delayed(By months not by days). 2. Cheap Mentality People 3. No Professionalism (LALA Company) 4. A big NO for HR Dpt. All the male staff have cheap mentality and passing comments on girls in HR department

      Pros

      More time hearing the owner talk and harass his employees. The owner is very,very shady and greedy.

      Cons

      The owner is a narcissistic individual that is a know it all. Anything you have done, whether serving in the military or anything else he claims to be an expert.
