      AAA is a friendly place to work with great work-life balance. They encourage outside training, and allow individuals to let their particular skill-sets show.

      Cons

      Not as many as career advancement opportunities, and can get a little slow.

      Pros

      Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

      Cons

      Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
