I enjoy working here. Great co-workers, supportive upper management, fair compensation. There is good earning potential but you must be willing to work. AAA provides a lot of education, training and support.

I enjoy AAA. I have nothing negative to say.

Pros

Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

Cons

Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
