      Members with bad attitudes, working on the side of highways and busy streets putting your life in danger, working in bad weather, working on holidays

      Thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience working at AAA Club Alliance and the great benefits we offer our Associates. Our Fleet business is a 24/7 hour operations which means our Associates may work weekends and holidays but we do offer shift differentials and overtime for our Drivers. Also, while we may be assisting Members on the side of the road, we offer a variety of safety gear for our Associates to use.

      Pros

      Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

      Cons

      Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
