      - decent pay - hybrid available - job security - nice people at the company - decent WLB

      Cons

      - awful onboarding program (i never had one at all) - lack of training - too many silos within the organization, and often times feels like a competition to see who can be the most difficult

      Pros

      Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

      Cons

      Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
