The four executives at this company are by far - the best leaders, showing true empathy compassion, and expertise. The collaboration and transparency they share with not only their own teams, but the entire organization is truly remarkable. Work hard, and they will help you grow. The support they offer is unheard of these days and I am blessed to be under their leadership.

There are not many cons, other than a holiday shutdown that lasts longer than 2 days would be nice.

Easy access for some to come and try to gain knowledge in aviation. Pay is decent, but not paid what the actual positions are worth unless in management.

Not able to leave the company and join a different aviation company or major player like Airbus because of non compete agreement's.
