Pros
Everyone stays home, does not know each other, only meet in customer office . Bunch of personal spare times home to take care kids and family. Good pay too.
Cons
-Managed by China, teams are not united each other. Always badmouthing and compete each other. New Employee is not learning anything. Old employee is very political and has no skillet being sitting home for years. - Layoff is very subjective and could be done overnight without business reason.
