Good PTO accrual policy, hours worked after 7.5 is COMP time earned.
Cons
There are limited opportunities for professional growth, and the overall benefits and pay are mediocre to sub-par compared to other nonprofits in the area. Upper management doesn't seem genuinely willing to address the significant pay gaps, despite the positive overall financial health of the organization. There are few opportunities to contribute to substantive strategic work, most work is administrative in nature. This culminates in the organization experiencing extremely high turnover. In the past year, 10 people have quit the organization.
