Pros
Unlike some franchises you are able to purchase everything for your business from any vendor you like. Some great national account deals and good exposure with a well know brand name.
Cons
Not as much support as I had hoped. The point of sale system they prefer you to use is antiquated. Been waiting years for a new system.
