Like any growing company navigating modern challenges within the economy, labor market, healthcare industry, technology, and competition, there are problems along the way, but AAPC continues to excel and grow.

Cons

Flexibility (work-life-balance, work-from-home, etc.) can be abused by staff which leads to some indivdiuals taking advantage of they system and burdening others.

AI and India is closing all positions. No work for you! You get to train your replacement.

Cons

If you get a job expect that to be your pay for YEARS to come. They don’t keep up with inflation or give raises. Just layoff more and give you the work.
