Management is unorganized. Supervisors are biased and unorganized. Sexism and racism are not taken seriously. Schedule is terrible. Pay is mediocre. Overtime is expected and frowned upon if you do not work overtime. Expectations are FAR too high of employees. Health benefits are horrible.

Cons
Shift managers are arrogant and destroying team morale. The toxic leadership is destroying the team that is still there and forcing them to look for work elsewhere.
