If you are looking for an employer who shrugs off harassment you have found the right place.

Cons

AAR leadership continues to fund hate by holding events at Trump owned properties.

Hi, as recall from last year. All employees are expected to adhere to a high standard of business and personal ethics and integrity so that the Company and all of its employees will enjoy the high respect and esteem of the public, government authorities, the business community, customers, shareholders, vendors, and suppliers. To this end, each employee shall treat all persons without bias, discrimination, or harassment and treat everyone within and outside the Company with proper respect and fairness. From the current (2018/2019) Code of Conduct to your Ethics Hotline, we are out front. Outside of politics, please always feel free and comfortable to reach to yours truly directly, as have good past performance on working for all, especially within crowdsourced platforms. Very Respectfully, G-Man

Pros

good pay and that's it.

Cons

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
