Pros

Some of the people you work with are good.

Cons

I started at the company several years ago. The pay has not increased with the rising inflation, or basic cost of living. Most recent "pay raise" worked out to be a 2.4% pay cut, with the above factors. I am currently making $2 more than when I started, almost 5 years ago. Management, from Leads up, all play the political game, and if they don't like you, you will know. The Good 'Ol Boy Club is alive and well. 0/10. Would not recommend.

Pros

good pay and that's it.

Cons

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
