Pros
The Chow halls at the compound have some of the best deserts you can find anywhere! The AACs work hand in hand to make sure we meet missions and act as one team. If you are not in a dry chu, you get a wet chu with AC, a bathroom, and your bed, which is awesome. Some contracts don't have this, so it is a PLUS!
Cons
Pay is not very good, and we don't see any major raises to keep up with the 15 percent inflation anytime soon. AAR won't modify our break schedule. You are stuck on the rotation, which is not good. Pilots are favored for anything this site does. The manager who runs the site is absent and disconnected from people. A lack of leadership is clear. You will get told that your pay includes the cost of the taxes, but it does not, so you lose a lot of money to the Iraq government.
