Pros
Wonderful, fun company culture. Famil tours are offered on occasion, and I loved the "wheelbarrow" Fridays. Good management overall, all oft coworkers were lovely and I enjoyed going into work almost every day.
Cons
As with any call centre job, there's always pressure on lost call rates or stress from upset customers. Most difficult part was dealing with guests who were located in areas I was unfamiliar with (famils definitely improved that though!)
